Skill Enhancement Programme was held on 02-03-2023 by Akanksha Charitable Trust, Puttur at Srinivas Institute of Management, Mangalore. The speakers conducted four different sessions and they were as follows: 1. The first speaker Varsha Shetty discussed the importance of "Effective Communication Skills" in this fast pacing world. 2. The next speaker Aishwarya Kamath B. spoke about the fundamentals of e-mail etiquette. 3. Prof. Asha N. spoke on the widespread issue of how to avoid substance abuse, transition in our mindset, reflect on our perspective, actions, and experiences, and develop goals in life. 4. Dheeraj Bellare, our final speaker enlightened the students on the topic of leadership, the challenges they face, and how they overcome those situations. He also engaged the students in different team-related tasks. Around 150 students participated and all four sessions were packed with tasks, the enthusiastic students were highly involved in the same.
