Team ACT launched "Empowering Futures," a new initiative aimed at supporting Kannada-medium schools in Dakshina Kannada, through a successful workshop that addressed rural parents’ concerns regarding their children’s career prospects. The session was conducted at Vivekananda Kannada Medium School, Puttur. During the workshop, Dr. Shreesha Bhat provided valuable career guidance to parents and students, while Dr. Ravichandra S. Karkal from Yenepoya Speciality Hospital shared important insights on children’s mental health, significantly enhancing the overall impact of the programme. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from parents, many of whom expressed appreciation for the informative and reassuring session.
